Working principle
The Lanmera sedimentation system is based on the "shallow pond theory" proposed by Professor Hazen in Germany at the beginning of the 20th century. The core is to propose that the sedimentation capacity is related to the area of the sedimentation tank, not the sedimentation depth, and the sedimentation area of Lanmeila is the accumulation of the projection surface of the inclined plate.

 
Technological advantages

1. Small land: lengthen the inclined plate to improve the separation efficiency of the precipitator and save 1.5~2 times the floor space.

2. Uniform water distribution: direct collection of water distribution and supernatant through equal resistance to ensure the balance of water distribution of each group of inclined plates.

3. No hydraulic dead spots and whirlpools.

4. The inclined plate is not blocked: the inclination angle of the inclined plate is 60 degrees, and the spacing between the plates is 8~10cm.

5. Sturdy and durable: 6mm hard PVC or 2mm stainless steel plate is used as the separating sheet, the module block is embedded, the strength is high and easy to wash and maintain, and the mud discharge is smooth: the mud collection bucket adopts a scraper (thickening) machine to ensure that the solid sediment is not compacted, not silted and blocked.
